Girls show off their knowledge of Yellowstone at All Girls Expedition Send-Off

We’re halfway through the season and our summer programs are going strong! This Monday, our All Girls Expedition participants left for a week in Yellowstone National Park, where they will see wildlife and natural features such as bison, waterfalls, and the colorful Grand Prismatic Spring. After spending a week in the classroom learning about the history and science of Yellowstone, the girls were eager to see the park for themselves. We look forward to hearing about their adventures in the wild! In the mean time, we got to hear what they’ve learned so far when they presented to an audience of parents and family at Friday night’s All Girls Expedition Send-Off. Continue reading

Women in Science: Lisa Laws wins a Pyramid Award of Excellence
