Jeff Wilson Back to the Team

Jeff Wilson was born on September 6, 1969 in San Andres, Columbia. He's now from Kalamazoo, Michigan and loved to play soccer and baseball as a kid. He also liked to read Encyclopedia Brown novels and collect coins and stamps.

Jeff has two siblings, Greg and Kristie. While Jeff studies sauropods, the largest animals to have walked the face of the planet, his brother Greg - who is a graduate student in paleontology at the University of California, Berkeley, studies early mammals and went on the last Niger expedition with Paul. Kristie, his sister, is going to graduate school to become a teacher.

Jeff, now an assistant professor at the University of Michigan, has been working with Paul since 1993.
