To apply for the 2009 Science Teacher Field Institute, please complete the following:

  1. Download and read the Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions document before you begin.
  1. Download and complete the Application, the Recommendation Cover Letter and Form, and the Letter of Commitment documents. 
  1. The Application and Recommendation Cover Letter and Form can be filled out electronically.  To do so, type directly under each heading to enter your responses and then save these documents to your computer.  When finished, email these saved documents as attachments along with a copy of your resume to Mary Elizabeth Perez at meperez@projectexploration.org or print them out and fax them to 773.834.7625.
  1. Fill out the Letter of Commitment form with your principal and once completed, fax to Mary Elizabeth Perez at 773.834.7625.
